Corniche Hospital, a part of Abu Dhabi Health Services Company (SEHA), the UAE’s largest healthcare network, participated at the 12th Obs & Gyne Conference in Dubai. The annual event, explored treatment and management of obstetric and gynecological disorders, with global industry leaders including from Corniche Hospital sharing knowledge and best practices.
Since opening in the UAE capital over 43 years ago, Corniche Hospital has evolved into the trusted healthcare provider for all women and newborns in the country. At this year’s conference, nine speakers from Corniche Hospital participated at what’s come to be known as the leading meeting place for women’s health practitioners in the Middle East. Attendees at the program were awarded a maximum of 21 CPD credit hours by the University of Sharjah.

Over four days, healthcare experts engaged in didactic lectures, debates, expert panels and open floor discussions have addressed new content covering topics such as contraceptives, aesthetic gynecology, interventional radiology and more. The last day featured a full day of hands on workshops and master classes on the topical issues in the field.
Designated as Mother-Baby Friendly, by WHO, Corniche Hospital provides a full spectrum of care ranging from family-centered, consultant-led low risk obstetrics to complex services for mothers and newborns requiring obstetric and fetal medicine, as well as level 4 neonatal intensive care.

Across the hospital’s facilities 98,000 female patients sought care in the Outpatient Facilities, including the Corniche Hospital Women’s Health Center in Karameh fetal medicine, fertility care, advanced gynecology, high risk obstetric care and neonatology.
